Between 1994 and 1997 he worked within a worldwide consulting practice working in Marketing & Strategy, Process Engineering, and General Management. During this period, he specialized in Process Engineering, Activity Based Management and Activity Based Costing, as well as Total Quality Management. 

 

Eric took over Ikodomos Group – a member of The Genii Group –  in 1997, growing the company into a leading real estate investment and development organizations, specializing in large-scale office, residential, retail, and leisure property developments. The group has since expanded into Eastern Europe and Asia and has invested in several diversification VC projects. The group is also managing real estate assets in dedicated Real Estate investment funds administrated in Luxembourg. 

 

Eric co-founded with Gerard Lopez Genii Capital in 2008, where he leads the real estate activity and the company’s investment tax structures. As well as Genii Capital, Eric sits on the board of Gravity Sport Management, SecureIT, Ikogest, Lotus F1 Team and several real estate funds. 

 

Eric Lux graduated from Switzerland's Lausanne Business School in 1993 with the highest honour of MBA. He is fluent in English, French, German and Luxembourgish.
