Muriel Sam

Muriel Sam is in charge of real estate investments for Genii Capital. She also leads on letting, sales, valuation and asset management for the commercial real estate companies within The Genii Group.

 
Since she joined Ikodomos Holding – a member of The Genii Group – in 2003, Muriel has been in charge of the commercialisation of the company’s office and retail real estate portfolio. She has concluded strategic leases with tenants such as Citibank, Amazon and Sodexo and successfully negotiated the sale of commercial assets worth ca. €500Mn to institutional investors. Muriel is also responsible for the management of Luxembourg-based real estate funds, including long-term, mixed-use buildings, as well as land for future development.
 
Muriel Sam graduated from Northwestern University with a Master (Valedictorian) in Project Management. She also holds a Master’s degree (Diplôme d’Ingénieur) in Civil Engineering from Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).  She is fluent in English, French and Cambodian.
